4. Coordinating the proposal for the opening of new study programs

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Planning SMM
2. Create SMM implementation work tools
3. Provide assistance in the preparation of quality documents
4. Socialize SMM
5. Carry out monev/audit of the implementation of the Department's SMM
6. Review the implementation of SMM
7. Report monev results to BPM
8. Carry out risk management at the faculty level
9. Provide assistance in the preparation of self-evaluation reports
10. Provide assistance in the preparation of accreditation forms
11. Reviewing accreditation proposal documents
12. Provide assistance in proposing the opening of new study programs
13. Reviewing the proposed document for opening a new study program
